CrossFit Muskoka is offering two FREE informational seminars that may be of interest to you.
"What is Fitness, Who is Fit and How do I get there?"

It is our contention that promoting, selling or pursuing a "fitness" program without defining (in detail) what "fitness" actually is, is ineffective at best, irresponsible at worst.
We will define (in detail, of course!) what we consider "fitness" to be and then offer our prescription (one that can in theory be implemented for free at home or in a typical commercial gym) for pursuing such a condition in the safest, most efficient and effective manner we have discovered.
"Food is a Drug: Proven Nutritional Strategies for Optimizing Health, Performance and Aesthetics"

Whether your engaged in a high performance fitness program such as CrossFit, training at a commercial gym, involved in recreational athletics or a completely sedentary individual - you will NOT thrive (or survive…) without dialing in your nutrition.
Like it or not, food powerfully impacts your life. Many of the 'side effects' our daily nutritional choices impart on us have a 'drug-like' effect – for better or worse.
If you want to live better, play harder or look better naked - you do not want to miss this seminar!
Though they are to some degree self referential, the content is applicable to anyone who wants to look, feel and perform their best.
They are free of charge, but you still need to register with us as we are accepting a limited number of participants.
